Pairing beer and food together isn’t easy yet it also isn’t magic. I recently attended a Winter Craft Brew and Beer Pairing with some friends and I wasn’t disappointed. Last weekend Garrett and I descended upon State College for Penn State’s annual Blue White Weekend.
