The Z-Bar (also known as the Deli) is a bar in State College, PA that is currently running a series called “Meet the Brewer” on Wednesday nights. Each night highlights a different brewery, and you get a sampler of selected beers paired with a plate of tapas. In my relentless quest to find high quality beer at reasonable prices, I’ve found that one of the best ways to do this is to buy local.  Gaining my education in craft beer (as well as a few other things) at The Pennsylvania State University,  the Tröegs Brewing Company supplied excellent introductions to a wide variety of styles.
